Everything was perfect, it had great staff and location. I enjoyed the room, the bed was great.

Overall, it's ideal base for exploring Richmond attractions.

Our favourite hotel in Richmond, staff was FRIENDLY. We were offered queen studio with central heating, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV which were very good.

The staff was excellent and we greatly enjoyed buffet breakfast. You can relax at O'charley's, located nearby. Thank you, you are dope!
